Q. What are stylists tiers?

Stylist tiers represent different levels of experience. Each tier has its own price so you can choose someone who fits your needs and budget.

Q. What are the available tiers?

Stylists range from 5 different tiers; Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Semi-Pro and Professional.

Q. Can I browse stylists from different tiers?

Yes. Prior to getting matched with a stylist, you can select a tier based on your selected budget.

Q. How expensive is a Professional tier?

Stylists' fee in a Professional tier are capped to 2500 StyleCoins. They can have their fee rate anywhere between 1300 to 2500 StyleCoins.

Q. How do I level up my tier?

Leveling up depends on a the amount of completed sessions, alongside a minimum rating of 4.5. If you comply with these requirements, you will be able to see that in your Tier progress bar visible in your home page. Each tier has different requirements in terms of completed sessions.

Q. Can I apply directly to a Professional tier?

Yes. During your onboarding you have the option to apply for the Professional tier. After your application is sent, we will review your eligibility and update you accordingly within the app.

Q. What if my application is rejected?

You have the option to start as a Beginner and ascend your way to Professional organically.

Q. Do these tiers come with a price?

You can start as a Beginner for free. The rest of tiers have the following subscription fee:

Intermediate. $5 / mo.
Advanced. $7 / mo.
Semi-Pro. $10 / mo.
Professional. $20 / mo.
