Q. What are StyleCoins?

StyleCoins are the in-app currency used to pay for Hotline Requests, scheduled sessions, and session extensions. You purchase StyleCoins in the Coin Shop through Apple or Google using their secure in-app payment system.

These come in "Per Session" packages and Bundles.

Q. How do I purchase StyleCoins?

You can buy StyleCoins directly from your Balance in your Home menu. Your purchase will be processed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.

Q. Why are StyleCoins purchased through Apple / Google?

To keep payments secure and follow platform rules, all StyleCoin purchases must be processed through Apple’s or Google’s in-app purchase system. This ensures transparency, safety, and protects both you and our stylists.

Q. What happens to my StyleCoins if I delete my account?

Unused StyleCoins are not refundable. Once your account is permanently deleted, your Wallet balance is removed with it. Make sure to use your StyleCoins before requesting deletion.

Q. How do stylist tier rates work?

Each stylist tier has its own pricing. Higher tiers may require more StyleCoins per session. You’ll always see the exact cost before booking.

Q. How much are StyleCoins in USD dollars?

100 StyleCoins is equivalent to $1.00 USD when cashed out.

Q. How can I cash out my earned StyleCoins?

In you Balance you can cash out your StyleCoins whenever through Stripe. You will be prompted to create a Stripe account during the onboarding.

Q. When will I see my earned StyleCoins reflected in My Balance?

They will be immediately reflected in your Balance after a session is completed. However, these are withheld for 48 hours before you can cash them out.

Q. Can stylists decide how much they can earn?

All tiers, with the exception of the Professional one, have a fixed rate. Professionals however can set theirs, anywhere between 1300 to 2500 StyleCoins.
