‍Cancelling more than 24 hours before your session:
‍You’ll receive a full refund of the StyleCoins you used to book

‍Cancelling within 24 hours of the session:
The session is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued

‍If you don’t show up:
‍No refund will be issued

If your stylist does not show up:
‍You’ll receive a full refund

These policies ensure fairness for both clients and stylists while respecting the time commitments of both parties

Refunds are handled after a session ends and must be requested within 48 hours, since stylist payments are released after this dispute window

You are eligible for a refund if
1. The stylist never delivers the agreed service (ex. no Looks delivered)
2. The stylist fails to deliver the first Look in a scheduled session
3. The stylist is unresponsive or negligent during a session

Refunds are not issued if
1. You cancel within 24 hours of your session start time
2. You do not show up for the session
3. You end the session after receiving the agreed service

Refunds for StyleCoins used during a session are reviewed and handled by our team after you submit a report.

To report a session:

1. Open the session in your Chat
2. Tap your stylist’s profile
3. Select “Report”
4. Add your notes and submit your request

Refunds for purchased StyleCoins follow the policies of the App Store and Google Play, since all purchases are processed through Apple or Google.
